WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed — delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.
SHIPPING COST
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to begin updating.
DELAYS
Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to high demand, weather, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help make it right.
